I always establish sacred space. We will set an intention, and ground. I often say an invocation and call in the Divine Creator, your soul self as well as mine.
I invite you to say your own prayers and bring your own intention for your session.
It can be helpful to journal beforehand to get clarity.
We often get information and instructions during our sessions that will require additional ‘work’ on your part. I may ‘assign’ work as well, journal questions, exercies or guided meditations to listen to.
It can be very beneficial for you to take time to journal or meditate after our sessions.
Energy and frequency do not know time, space seperation. Remote sessions allow you to be in the comfort of your own home and space. Our connection and your energetic healing can often be even more profund at a distance.
Your own intentions, expectations, openness, vulnerability and wiliness to be open to healing will guide your sessions. Your openness to identifying blocks and resistance to healing can speed up your healing journey.
