Yes, I believe that we have a BIG mission in this lifetime:
To heal. To heal your soul, your body and your soul family. Like you, I felt that call to uncover blocks and beliefs that created limitations, lack, chaos, anxiety, fear and even physical ailments.
I really wanted life to be easier and I wanted to be healthier and living my best life.
No matter how many classes you take, affirmations you recite, vision boards you make and meditate on, books you read or healing work you do you just can’t get your act together?
I understand, I have been there!
My journey started with Reiki training from multiple teachers and has been my foundation for healing for over 20 years. Well, actually my story started even as a young girl, I was the one everyone turned to for advice. I was the one with a stack of books from the self-help section at the book store and library. Who am I? Why are we here? How can I help? Those have been questions I have been seeking to answer for myself and for you.
One of my strengths and specialties is holding space for your healing and listening deeply between the stories to uncover the limitations, beliefs, mindset, and ancestral patterns that are preventing your success. I also share and teach you how to become your own coach, healer and access the wisdom to help yourself and your family.

My goal when you work with me is to unlock, activate, and clean up your divine connection to your body, to Source/Creator, your Soul and higher self. When we do this you can find the connection and clarity you seek. We will also look at the limiting beliefs and stories of your life, parents and siblings to heal at a generational level.

As a teen I made many decisions trying to fit in and I followed the crowd. These decisions created emotional and mental issues that would haunt me into adulthood.
My 20’s and 30’s included: marriage, divorce, navigating being single, depression, an eating disorder, and career failures.
My life was a mess! Complete with health issues, depression, anxiety and even suicidal thoughts. I sought therapy; again. This time I looked for alternatives to pharmaceuticals. I was introducted to Reiki, EFT and the mind/body connection which opened up my world as a seeker, healer and life coach.
My journey of struggle and pain has also been my greatest teacher and guide. I know my experiences have served me and they provide me with the compassion and empathy to help you on your journey.
In the last dozen years I have also been challenged with navigating grief with the death of key family members as well as close friends. It seems like I have gone from settling one estate to another in recent years.
Life and yes, even my body, keeps offering me a multitude of lessons and learnings which gives me lots of opportunities to open myself up to love, forgiveness, healing and staying connected to my Soul and Source. My own life experiences have provided with the proven tools and technigues to navigate the human experience, all of which I will share and teach you.
I bring a life of practical wisdom along with a grounded spirit and compassionate understanding to each of our sessions.
My goal for our sessions will target physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues that you may be struggling with.
I live in the MidWest with my husband, Greg. He has been one of my biggest supporters and OH yes, catalyst for growth.
We are the caregivers to a feline; Tizzy and German Shepherd; Kit. They are regularly joined by rotating canine guests whose owners rely on us to provide short term overnight care. (AKA dog sitters).
My professional life has included 20 plus years in mortgage lending and banking, working for an attorney drafting estate documents and assisting in the settlement of estates, (I had no idea how handy those skills would be!) I provided customer relationship and services to a boutique jewelry store. Going back in time, I detassled corn, waitressed and sold real estate.
I have served my community by co-facilitating healing retreats for post-abortive women, hosted reiki shares and healing circles in addition to teaching classes and workshops at a local level.
I enjoy gardening and find it grounding to dig in the dirt and I love to eat veggies that we have grown. My flower beds bring beauty, wonder and joy into my life.
We love entertaining and can be found relaxing by the fire on our patio, weather permitting.
You may find us exploring the history and architect of local communities, or wandering thru the oldest cemetery in the neighborhood.
We truly do find joy in the wag of a tail, the beauty in an old house or the sharing of stories amongst strangers who are now friends.
